Submit offers to Homs University Office until 14:30 on Sunday, 5/3/2026 Attached are the identification papers, temporary insurance, and a subscription application with a receipt attached for the value of the legal stamps. The offers will be opened the next day at ten in the morning in the Central Administration Building - Directorate Supplies Temporary insurance: 200,000 Syrian pounds only, two hundred thousand new Syrian pounds and nothing more Final insurance: 10% of the contract value Payment method: in two payments Pledge duration: 365 days The duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer is 90 days, starting from the day following the last day of submission of offers Those interested can apply For this bid, obtain a copy of the special conditions booklet from the Supplies Directorate The price of the conditions booklet is /500/ new SYP 131116
