Insurances Final: 10% of the contract value Investment period: one calendar year. The duration of bidders- engagement with their offers (two months) starts from the start date of the auction session The contractor shall bear all taxes, fees and expenses, whatever they may be, including the fees for publishing and returning official advertisements. Attach a subscription document to the advertisement flyer If the offer exceeds one million Syrian pounds, any offer that does not include the aforementioned document will be rejected. Anyone who would like to participate In this auction, visit the Supplies Directorate at the University Presidency to view the advertisement file and submit an application for participation with a financial stamp of 150,000 SYP attached to it, accompanied by the initial insurance and required identification papers, to the University Presidency Office or directly to the bidding committee before the start of the auction.
