• Start date: 04/08/2026 End date: 0000-00-00 Presidency of the University of Aleppo Announcement of public bids at full speed The Presidency of the University of Aleppo announces the holding of public auctions in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 for the investment work of each of the following investment propositions: Mutrah Investment Primary insurances A number in writing 1 The student canteen in the Faculty of Architecture is only 250,000, two hundred and fifty thousand new Syrian pounds and nothing more. 2 The student canteen in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is only 250,000, two hundred and fifty thousand new Syrian pounds and nothing else. 3 Student canteen in college The economy is only 250,000, two hundred and fifty thousand new Syrian pounds and nothing more 4 The student canteen in the central library is 250,000 only, two hundred and fifty thousand new Syrian pounds and nothing more. This is in accordance with the book of technical, financial and legal conditions for each canteen separately and the following conditions: 1. Insurances The final 10%/ten percent of the contract value for each investment offer. 2. The investment period is one calendar year, extendable for another year by agreement of both parties. 3. The bidder shall bear all financial fees, taxes, and advertising fees, regardless of their amount. 4. Bidders are required to submit the following documents: A judicial record - a chamber of commerce certificate - a merchant registration certificate - a subscription document to the official advertisement bulletin - a copy of the personal ID with the required permits according to Contract Law No. 51 of 2004 AD - initial insurances - a receipt for the book of conditions and a receipt for the entry fee to the auction for each auction. 5.
