The industrial city in Aleppo announces a public bidding for the first time to invest the bloc No. /7 /located within the warehouse spot with an area of 5150 /m2 on its current status in the industrial city of Aleppo
and the investment is limited to the following
Storage for the purpose of preserving and storing the materials, whether the initial in the industry, the final produced, or otherwise
to establish a letter and small industrial workshops after taking the necessary licenses or a literal certificate from the Union of craftsmen
to establish temporary laboratories (after taking the necessary licenses) except for polluted industries
temporarily shipping offices
insuranceInitial:/ 5,000,000/ Five million Syrian pounds only for each warehouse
final insurance: 10% of the referral value for a period of three years
the period of investment: three AD years
the period of the contractor's association with the candidate with a offer/ 45/ days starting from the date of the referral
The exhibitor is entitled to apply for the public bidding to invest one or more warehouse.
