Public auction announcement for the second time
To invest in Al-Dablan Hall
The Syrian Trade Corporation, Homs Branch, announces the holding of a public auction for the second time to invest in the Al-Dablan Hall, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 and Decree No. 450 of the year 2004 and the books of technical, financial and legal conditions kept by the institution. Those wishing to participate must submit their offers to the Foundation's office in Jourat Al-Shiyah, Tishreen Complex, behind the police headquarters.
Temporary insurance / $1200 / only one thousand two hundred US dollars and nothing else.
Final insurance is 10% of the total contract value.
Length of bidder engagement It will be offered for 60 days, starting from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting offers.
Implementation period: Five years from the date of the commencement order or delivery of the site, renewable with the consent of both parties and new conditions.
Bids will be accepted until the time specified for the opening of the bidding session on Sunday, 12/28/2025.
The bidding will take place at 10:00 AM On Sunday 12/28/2025 at the headquarters of the Syrian Trade Foundation in the presence of the exhibitors or their legal representatives.
Special conditions books can be obtained from the legal department in the organization's branch for an amount of 100,000 SYP only, one hundred thousand Syrian pounds, and quickly. College
