Announcement of a sealed envelope auction (at full speed)
Due to the overall speed, the Journalists' Union announces for the second time the holding of a sealed envelope auction for the investment of the union's building in Al-Qosour according to The terms and conditions booklet prepared for this purpose.
The offer must be valid for a period180 days from the date of the end of submitting bids, and the winning bidder's commitment to his bid will be renewed for another six months from the date of his notification that the referral has been awarded to him.
Temporary deposits /5,000,000/ only five million Syrian pounds, according to a bank guarantee, an acceptable bank check, or a bank transfer from the bidder's account to the account of the bidder. Union or pay cash to the Union.
TaThe final deposit / 10% / of the annual contract value shall be submitted within ten days from the date of informing the nominated contractor.
In the event of submitting an offer that includes more than one person (partner), the temporary and final guarantees must be submitted in the name of all partners.
