Due to the total speed, the Journalists Union announces for the second time a auction in the sealed envelope to invest the union building in the palaces according to the book of the conditions set for this purpose. That the offer be valid for 180 days from the date of the end of the presentations, and renew the link of the winning bidder for a period of six months from the date of his notification.
