In view of the total speed, the Journalists Union announces for the first time a auction in the sealed envelope to invest the union building in the palaces according to the book of the conditions set for this purpose
1- The offer is valid for 180 days from the date of the expiry of the offers, and renews the association of the permissible exhibition for a period of six months from the date of its notification. 2- Temporary insurance /50,000,000 /only five million Syrian pounds, according to a bank guarantee, an acceptable banking check, or a bank transfer from the bidder account to the union account or pay in criticism of the union
3- Final insurance 10% of the annual contract value is submitted within ten days from the date of informing the candidate contractor
4- In the event of a presentation that includes more than one person (partner), temporary and final insurance must be provided in the name of all partners
5- Whatever mentioned is mentioned due to the Act of Contracts No. 51 of 2004 and Decree No. 450 of 2004
6- The period of investment is ten AD, starting from the date of the investor, the direct order.
