Announcement of a public bid for the second time Based on the provisions of Law System of Law No. 51 of 2004, the General Organization for Civil Aviation announces a public bid for the second time to invest an office for passenger transport and car hire at Damascus International Airport, according to the book of technical, financial and rights prepared for this purpose: - Primary insurance / 12000000 / SP only twelve million Syrian pounds no - Final insurance 10 per cent of the total value of the contract - The term of the contract shall determine the period of the contract with three years unimidable for investment starting date - Fines delays / 0.005 / five thousand of the total value of the annual investment allowance for each day delay in payment of premium investment allowance - The duration of the candidate investor is ninety from the date of calling an investor. • Conditions required in the investor are all conditions specified in paragraph A from article 11 / of the unified contracts issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 • The bid in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (80) of the unified contracts issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 at 12 am on Sunday.
