Al -Qadamous City Council announces a public auction to invest three commercial stores on the divisions with numbers 17/1 + 17/2 + 17/3 of real estate No. 17/Al -Qadros Real Estate 94/4
The public auction takes place at the city council headquarters on Thursday, date 21/8/2025 at eleven in the morning
Those who wish to subscribe to the auction must submit offers, accompanied by the following confirmations
1- Request a subscription
2- Commercial registration
3- A copy of the personal identity
4- Contact the purchase of a special conditions book
5- Received initial insurance
يمكن الاطلاع وشراء دفتر الشروط الفني والمالي والحقوقي من مقر مجلس المدينة بمبلغ قدره / 200000/ two hundred thousand Syrian pounds only with the fee of the financial offer and the request to subscribe.
Initial insurance / 2000,000 / two million Syrian pounds only for every store.
Final insurance / 10% / of the contract value.
The period of investment
Two years for each store
The period of the bidder's connection with his offer /a week from the date of his victory in the auction /
Those who do the auction bears expenses Advertising, drawing in nature and all expenditures resulting from the contract and drawing the significance
The offer refuses in the absence of a receipt for purchase of the first conditions book and insurance
The offers are accepted until the end of the official working hours on Wednesday, 20/8/2025 .
