Technical and legal Bids will be submitted to the office of the University of Homs until 14:30 on Wednesday, 12/10/2025, accompanied by identification papers, temporary insurance, and a subscription request accompanied by a receipt for the value of the legal stamps. Bids will be opened the next day at ten o-clock. In the morning in the Central Administration Building - Supplies Directorate Temporary insurance: 25,000,000 Syrian pounds only and twenty-five million Syrian pounds only.
