(-1-16)(-1-17)(-1-18)(-1-19) in the institution-s administrative building on the property /681/ Touq Al-Balad, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. /51/ of 2004, Chapter Four of Chapter Six, in accordance with what is contained in the book of special legal, financial and technical conditions and the approved plans according to the principles set forth below. 1- The bidding will take place on the seventh floor in the administrative building of the Coastal Region Branch located in Latakia, University Highway, west of the Agriculture Roundabout, on Sunday, 12/28/2025, at eleven in the morning. 2 - Primary insurance / 871,000 / SYP only: eight hundred and seventy-one thousand liras Syria and nothing else 3- Anyone who wishes to participate in the bidding must attend at the time and place specified for the bidding, bringing with him the temporary insurance and complete required papers. 4- Final insurance: 10% of the total contract value 5- Investment period: three years and four months 6- Duration of the nominated bidder-s engagement It will be offered for 120 calendar days from the day following the date of the auction 7- Refer to the special conditions books (technical, financial and legal) for everything that is not stated in this announcement.
