The General Tobacco Corporation, coastal branch in Latakia, announces the holding of a public auction at the expense of the investor Nakil (Samer Ali Douba) to invest in the space (1-24) in the administrative building of the Corporation on the property /681/ Encircle the country based on the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004, Chapter Four of Chapter Six, in accordance with what is contained in the books of special legal, financial and technical conditions and the approved plans according to the principles set forth below:
The bidding takes place on the seventh floor in the administrative building of the Coastal Region Branch located on Latakia University Highway, west of the roundabout Agriculture on Sunday, November 30, 2025 at eleven in the morning.
Primary insurance / 965,000 / SYP only: nine hundred and sixty-five thousand Syrian pounds and nothing else.
Whoever wishes to participate in the bidding must attend at the time and place specified for the bidding, bringing with him the temporary insurance and complete required documents.
Final insurance: 10% /of the total contract value.
Investment period: three years and six months.
The duration of the nominated bidder's commitment to his offer is 120 calendar days from the day following the date of the auction.
