Announcement of a public auction for the first time to invest in a shop within a municipal building in Bishbat, with full speed
The Municipality of Bishbat announces the holding of a public auction to invest in a store within the municipality building in accordance with the provisions of the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the provisions of the Financial Law for Units. Administrative No. 37 of 2021 and the legal, technical and financial conditions booklet at auction
The investment period is 3 years starting from the date of delivery of the work site
Initial insurance is 2,000,000 Syrian pounds only
The final insurance is 10% of the total value of the investment allowance for the entire investment period
The duration of the bidder's commitment to the auction is 60 days, starting from today Next scheduled for auction
The date set for holding the public auction is Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 11/11 a.m. at the municipal headquarters. The auction will be conducted on the basis of the monthly financial allowance due to the administration.
