Damascus Governorate announces its desire to hold a public bid to invest in scrap and recyclable materials coming with garbage to the Rakhla landfill (on an annual investment allowance) )
According to the technical specifications and the book of financial conditions and rightsFor this purpose, and in accordance with the following: Applications for participation in the auction shall be submitted directly to the Bidding Committee in Damascus Governorate and in the presence of the governorate's auctioneer at the time and date specified in this announcement, accompanied by the identification documents stipulated in Article 11 of the Unified Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the specified temporary insurances.With this announcement
the bidder is exempted from submitting a merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document in one of the industrial, agricultural, commercial or tourism chambers. A financial stamp of /100,000/SYP will be affixed to the subscription application, a local administration stamp of /5100/SYP, a war effort stamp of /300/SYP, and a military effort stamp of /300/SYP.
