Based on the provisions of Law /51/ of 2004 and the provisions of Law /11/ of 2021 and Resolution No. /128/T dated 9/2/2021.
The General Authority for Fish Resources announces its desire to hold a public auction at its headquarters in Jableh to invest the fishing right in
Tasel Dam/Daraa Governorate
Auction session date: Ten o-clock in the morning on 10/26/2025. Applications will be accepted until the hour specified for the opening of the auction session. No application will be accepted after the opening of the auction session.
Temporary insurance: only three million Syrian pounds, payable by certified check, bank guarantee, bank transfer, or treasury receipt.
Final deposits are 10% of the contract value and are provided by certified check, bank guarantee, or bank transfer.
The contractor is obligated to pay all fees and charges, including the sales fee.
The person who wins the auction must sign the contract within a maximum period of fifteen days from the date of his notification of the referral to him. In the event that he does not attend or refrains from signing the contract in accordance with the provisions of the book of special conditions and its accepted offer, the deposits submitted will be confiscated and the Authority has the right to demand compensation for the failure and damage when necessary..
Implementation period: five years from the date of handing over the dam site.
The duration of the nominated contractor-s commitment to his offer is 30 days.b...
