Announcement of auction for the first time
Based on the provisions of the law/51/of the year 2004 and the provisions of the law/11/for the year 2021 and Resolution No. 128/T dated 2/2021.
The General Authority for Fish Resources announces its desire to conduct an auction at its headquarters in Jableh To invest the right to fish
The following dams: Daraa Governorate: / Tsal Adwan - Sahm Al -Jolan - Abdin Al -Raqqad /
-The date of the auction session: Tenth o'clock in the morning on 9/9/2025 and accepts requests until the specified hour to open the bidding session and does not accept any request after the opening of the auction session
Temporary insurance: Only three million Syrian pounds, no Other
Final insurance /10%of the contract value and submitted by a certified check, bank guarantee, or bank transfer
The contractor is obliged to pay all fees and wages, including the sales fee
- The status can apply for each dam separately
- It follows who is anchoring The auction has to sign the contract within a maximum period of fifteen days from the date of notification of the referral to it, and in the event that it does not appear or refrain from signing the contract in accordance with the provisions of the private conditions book and its acceptable offer, the insurance provided is issued, and the authority has the right to demand his compensation for holidays and damage when necessary
