Start date: 04-20-2026 Completion date: 05-03-2026 Public Authority for Fish Resources Public auction announcement for the second time The General Authority for Fish Resources announces its desire to hold a public auction at its headquarters in Jableh to invest the fishing rights in the following dams: Homs: Al-Mazina - Ram Black Latakia: Tarjano - Al-Jawziyeh - Karsana - Salah al-Din - Beit Rayhan - Kfardabil Citadel Hama: Mharda Al-Alabawi Idlib: Duwaisat Al-Hasakah: Bab Hadid Al-Jarahi - Mansoura - Masouk Al-Hakimiya Auction session time: ten o-clock on May 6, 2026. Applications will be accepted until the hour specified for the opening Auction session: No application will be accepted after the opening of the auction session Temporary deposits: /30,000/ new SYP to be paid by certified check, bank guarantee, bank transfer, or treasury receipt. Final insurance: 10% of the contract value The contractor is obligated to pay all fees and charges, including a fee sale Implementation period: /5/ years The technical, legal and financial conditions booklet can be viewed at the Authority-s Contracts Directorate and obtained in exchange for paying a new amount of 500 SYP to one of the Ministry of Finance-s directorates. 142988
