The Tartous City Council announces the holding of a public auction for a temporary occupancy license to invest in rented parking lots east of the Judicial Palace in Tartous in accordance with the provisions of the contract system. The unified Law No. 51 of 2004 and the provisions of the Financial Law for Administrative Units No. 37 of 2021 and the book of legal, financial and technical conditions for the auction
Duration of occupancy: /3/ Three years starting from the date of handover of the work site
Temporary insurance: /10,000,000/ ten million Syrian pounds only
Final insurance: 10% Percent of the total value of investment allowances for the entire license period
Duration of the bidder's commitment to the auction: ninety/90 days, starting from the day following the date specified for holding the auction
The date specified for holding the auction: The date for holding the public auction is set for Tuesday, 11/25/2025, at 11/11 am in the hall. Tartous City Council meetings and the auction is conducted on the basis of the annual financial allowance due to the administration
Those wishing to participate in the auction must submit their identification papers until the date specified for the auction and review the Contracts Department in the Tartous City Council to obtain a copy of the legal, technical and financial conditions book for the auction and pay its financial value, which is /200,000/ Two hundred thousand Syrian pounds
