The legal, financial and technical conditions of the auction The occupancy period is /5/ five years starting from the date of handover of the work site Temporary insurance: 15,000,000/ fifteen million Syrian pounds only Final insurance: 10% ten percent of the total value of financial allowances due to the administration Full occupancy period Duration of the bidder-s commitment to the auction: ninety/90 days, starting from the day following the date specified for holding the auction The date specified for holding the auction: The date for holding the public auction is set for Sunday, January 18, 2026, at exactly 11:00 am in the hall.
