The public auction will be held at the municipality headquarters on Monday. 4/5/2026 at ten in the morning. Anyone wishing to participate in the auction must submit bids accompanied by the following documents: 1. Subscription request 2. A copy of personal identification 3. Purchase receipt for the technical specifications booklet 4. A receipt for the initial insurance You can view and purchase the technical, financial and legal terms and conditions booklet from The city council headquarters for an amount of / 200,000 / SYP only, two hundred thousand Syrian pounds. Primary insurance: (1,000,000) million Syrian pounds Final insurance: 10% of the contract value Investment period: one year The duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer is 20 days The bidder who wins the auction shall bear the advertising expenses and stamp duty And all expenses incurred from the contract and the brokerage fee The offer will be rejected in the absence of a purchase receipt, conditions booklet and initial insurance Bids will be accepted until the end of official working hours on Sunday 5/3/2026 150770
