Announcement of public bidding for the second time
Based on Resolution No. 65 of the Central Endowments Council dated 9/28/2025 issued by the Minister of Endowments.
The Daraa Endowments Directorate announces its desire to hold a public auction to invest part of the endowment property with an area of 1 dunum in the area Sheikh Saad Real Estate, for investment by public auction, in accordance with the special conditions books (financial, legal, technical) prepared by the Directorate for this purpose and the contract system issued by Law /51/ of 2004 and Law /31/ of 2018, and according to the following table
Property number: Area required for investment/dunum/monthly rental allowance for one dunum The initial deposits for the auction and the final insurances

The duration of the bidder's engagement with the offer is 30 days
The investment period is one year starting from the date of direct order and delivery
A request to participate in the auction from the bidder with a stamp of $15 attached to it indicating his address, his chosen domicile, and the name and college, if any.

Subscription applications are submitted to the office of the Endowments Directorate in Daraa, and applications are accepted until the time of the auction session, which is scheduled to be held in the Daraa Endowments Directorate at ten o'clock in the morning on the day of the auction.
