Damascus for the Syrian Trade Corporation for conducting a public bid for the first time to invest in the hall that is located in exchange for the Church of the Cross in accordance with the provisions of Law / 51 / for the year 2004 Decree No. / 450 / for the year 2004 and the instructions / 13 / for the year 2019 regulating the investment of the institution's assets and the books of financial, legal and technical conditions reserved to the Damascus branch of the Syrian Corporation for Trade.
Unity
Two years starting from the date of the direct order or from the date of delivery of the site, whichever is further renewable with the consent of the two parties in writing, provided that the rental allowance is determined for the second year after Restriction according to the prices popular with a committee formed in the branch in principle, and the tenant has no right to object to the new allowance
To open the bidding session from Monday, 10/13/2025 at 1:00 pm in the branch administration building in the presence of all exhibitors or those who represent them by law
