• Start date: 03-16-2026 Completion date: 04-19-2026 Aleppo Industrial City Public bidding announcement for the first time The Industrial City of Aleppo announces a public bidding for the first time to invest in a fast food facility with its benefits falling within the three categories (first, second, third) in Aleppo Industrial City remains in its current status according to the following Initial insurance: 50,000/fifty thousand new Syrian pounds for each establishment The final insurance is 10% of the referral value for a period of five years Investment period: five calendar years The duration of the nominated contractor-s commitment to his offer is 30 days Starting from the date of notification of the referral The bidder has the right to submit a public bid to invest in one or more facilities The deadline for submitting offers is eleven o-clock on Sunday, April 19, 2026 AD (the opening date of the public auction session). The public auction session will take place at the headquarters of the Tenders Committee, located in the office of the Chairman The Financial Department in the Industrial City of Aleppo The offers are submitted to the Industrial City Office in a large envelope with the name of the offeror and the subject of the offer written on it. The envelope contains the identification papers stipulated in the contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004, the initial insurance and the receipt.
