• Start date: 04/09/2026 Completion date: 04-15-2026 Ministry of Sports and Youth Public bidding The Ministry of Sports and Youth announces the holding of a public auction for the second time at full speed to invest in the basketball hall within the Al-Shahba facility in Aleppo, according to the book of conditions prepared for this purpose. - Allowance The annual amount for the start of the public auction is equivalent to an amount of $12,000 only, twelve thousand US dollars and nothing else, or its equivalent in Syrian pounds, according to the Central Bank-s exchange rates bulletin on the date of the auction. - Initial insurance: /150,000/ SYP only: one hundred and fifty thousand new Syrian pounds only. - Final insurance: 10% of the full investment allowance for all years Deposits are paid by certified check or cash into the account of the Ministry of Sports and Youth in Damascus or by bank guarantee. Contract duration: 5 years + 2 months of free equipment to be used at the end of the investment period - Delay fine: 0.1% One per thousand for each day of delay - The required identification documents specified in Article 11 of Law 51 of 2004 The duration of the bidder-s commitment to his bid is 90 days from the date of the last date for submitting bids Applications for participation in public bidding will be accepted, accompanied by identification papers and initial insurance The office of the Ministry of Sports and Youth in Baramkeh until the date of the public bidding session The auction will take place on Wednesday 4/15/2026 at 12 noon at the headquarters of the Ministry of Sports and Youth in Damascus.
