The Ministry of Sports and Youth announces a public bidding for the second time to invest the Al-Fayhaa swimming pool for men in the Damascus Governorate according to the book of conditions prepared for this purpose:
-The annual allowance to start the public auction amount and amount/ 50,000/ $ only: fiftyA thousand US dollars only in the Syrian pound according to the newsletter
the central bank prices on the date of the auction.
- Initial insurance: / 25,000,000 / SP only: twenty-five million Syrian pounds only.
- Final insurance: 10 % for the entire investment allowance for all years.
The insurance is paid according to a certified check or cash in the account of the Ministry of SportsAnd the youth in Damascus or according to a bank guarantee.
- The implementation period: / 10 years + / 6 / months of free processing period added at the end of the investment period.
- A fine of delay: 0.1 % one per thousand for each day delay.
