Bidding announcement in the sealed envelope
The University of Homs announces the holding of a sealed auction to invest in the service buffet with the Bath at the Faculty of Human Medicine at the University of Homs, according to the book of special technical and legal conditions.
Bids are submitted to the Homs University Office until 14:00 Thirty minutes from Sunday, 12/21/2025, accompanied by the identification papers, temporary insurance, and a subscription application accompanied by a receipt for the value of the legal stamps. The offers will be opened the next day at ten in the morning in the Central Administration Building - Supplies Directorate.
Temporary insurance: 25,000,000 Syrian pounds only and twenty-five million Syrian pounds Change
Final insurance: 10% of the contract value
