According to the provisions of the contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004, the General Civil Aviation Corporation announces a public bidding for the second time to invest mass transportation service to and from Damascus International Airport, according to the technical, financial and humanitarian conditions book prepared for this purpose
Initial Insurance [60000,000] SP only six million Syrian pounds, not only
Final insurance is 10% ten percent of the contract value
The period of the contract as it is mentioned in the technical, financial and legal conditions book prepared for the project
-Delay fines [0.005] one per thousand of the value of the total contract for each day delay in implementing the contract
-The duration of the candidate investor: ninety days from the date of the referral of the auction with a written book
• The conditions required in the investor are all the conditions specified in paragraph [A] of Article / 11 / of the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004
• The bidding takes place in accordance with the provisions of paragraph [B] of Article (80) of the Unified Contracts System issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 in the second hour of the number of 10/8/2023 in the building of the General Civil Aviation Corporation in Damascer - Al -Najma Square
