According to the technical specifications and notebook The financial and legal conditions regulated for this purpose are in accordance with the following: Requests to participate in the auction shall be submitted directly to the Auctions Committee in Damascus Governorate, in the presence of the governorate-s auctioneer, at the time and date specified in this announcement, accompanied by the identification documents stipulated in Article 11 of the Contracts Law.
