Bids shall be submitted to the office of the General Corporation for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Daraa until 15 p.m. on Tuesday 11/4/2025.
Applications must be submitted in two sealed envelopes
The first envelope contains: Identification papers and insurances. Any offer that is not accompanied by the initial insurances will inevitably be rejected
The second envelope contains the financial and commercial offer, which must be clear without scratching, crossing out, or stuffing.
