To secure the (vertical) shelling saw, two of the necessity of the Heart Surgery Division at Lattakia University Hospital.
Contracts Issued by Law No. 51 of 2004, submit it within three closed envelopes, and these envelopes are placed within a fourth envelope written on the name of the bidder, according to the following:
