Temporary insurance is a “lump” amount of 5,000,000/five million Syrian pounds only. Final insurance is 10% of the contract value Submit offers to The office of the General Administration of the bank located in Damascus, Arnous Square, within three envelopes stamped by the bidder along with temporary insurance, and placed within a fourth envelope addressed in the name of the Savings Bank.
