The Ministry of Education announces its need to install and supply photovoltaic system equipment for the buildings of the Ministry of Education (Central Administration Building, Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education Building Directorate of Planning and International Cooperation) for the year 2023 viaRequest for quotations stipulated in Article 27 of the Unified Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004
Temporary deposits according to the amount stated next to each item in the book of legal and financial conditions
Final deposits 5% of the value of the contracted materials
Duration of receiving the materials /40/ days from the day following the contractor's notification of the contract order
The warranty period is one full year from the date of provisional receipt
The bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of fifty days from the date of the last day for submitting bids
The nominated bidder will remain bound with his offer for thirty days from the day following his written notification that the bid has been awarded to him
The last date for submitting bids until the end of official working hours on Monday, 11/20/2023
