to invest the industry cooling unit
The Syrian Corporation for Trade announces Homs branch about conducting a public bidding to invest the industry cooling unit in accordance with the provisions of Law No. / 51 / of the year / 2004 / Decree No./ 450/ for the year 2004 and the books of technical, financial and human rights conditions preserved with the institution.
Those wishing to participate must submit their offers to the Office of the General Administration of the Syrian Corporation for Trade in Damascus, Baghdad Street (the building of the Competition Authority and the Prevention of Monopolies), which is the place of bidding.The final is 10% of the total value of the contract
The binding period with its offer/30/days starting from the day following the expiry of the date of submitting the offers
The implementation period: Two years from the date of the immediate order, renewable with the consent of the two parties
Accept the offers until the time specified for the opening of the bidding session on Monday 2/6/2025
The bidding takes place at exactly the hour/ 11 am / Monday / date 2/6/2025 at the headquarters of the Syrian Trading Corporation in the presence of the exhibitors.
The books of the special conditions can be obtained from the legal department in the branch of the Foundation in Homs (Joura Al -Shayah, the Tishreen Complex behind the Police Command) for the amount of / 50,000 /LS
