Request for full speed quotations for the first time
Based on the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 regarding the contract system
The General Secretariat of Hama Governorate announces a request to solicit quotations at full speed to carry out the work of providing and installing furniture (chairs). + Air conditioners are required for the headquarters of the Urban Observatory Project in the building of the General Secretariat of Hama Governorate
Implementation period: /10/only ten days
Primary insurance: 5,000,000/SYP only, five million Syrian pounds only.
Final deposits: 10% of the referral value to be paid by check, bank guarantee, or transfer to the General Secretariat account. For Hama Governorate
Delay fine: 0.001 one per thousand of the contract value for each day of delay
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: 120 one hundred and twenty days for the bidder from the date of the end of submitting bids.
Duration of the nominated contractor's engagement: 120 one hundred and twenty days from the day following his written notification of the assignment of the pledge to him.
Submit financial and technical offers and papers Documentation of the project from Tuesday 11/25/2025 until the end of official working hours on Wednesday 12/17/2025 to the office of the General Secretariat of Hama Governorate. Bids will be opened the next day at ten in the morning in the building of the General Secretariat of Hama Governorate.
The technical file can be purchased from the Contracts Department in the secretariat building The General Directorate of the Governorate, for an amount of 50,000 SYP only, is fifty thousand Syrian pounds. Any offer that is not accompanied by the purchase receipt will be rejected.
