One hundred and fifty million Syrian pounds.
Temporary insurance: 7,500,000/seven million five hundred thousand Syrian pounds.

The bidder must be an electrical engineer or contractor registered with the Contractors Syndicate with a classification (electrical) of one of the fourth or fifth categories.
