The tender will be held at the town building at 10 a.m. on Thursday Corresponding to 6/4/2026. Bids will be accepted until the end of official working hours on Wednesday afternoon, 6/3/2026. Estimated statement value: / 1493965 / SYP, new currency. Duration of work: 30 days. Primary insurance: 5% of the estimated statement value. Final insurance: 10% of the value Referral. Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: 15 days. Delay fine: 0.001 one per thousand for each day of delay. The bidder is required to subscribe to the official advertisement bulletin and be classified in accordance with the Ministry of Housing and Construction Resolution No. 1296 of 2007, which is considered a basic condition for accepting the offer. A resident engineer must also be appointed. In the project, if there is no engineer, and at his expense, he will also bear the fees for topographic uploading and publishing the advertisement. Bids shall be submitted accompanied by all necessary supporting documents and insurances by a certified check or bank guarantee and to the town office.
