Temporary guarantee: a certified check or bank guarantee amounting to 5% of the total contract amount (attached to the contract). Location) will be returned upon initial delivery of the work.
Final guarantee (performance bond): A certified check or bank guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total contract amount (attached to the signed contract) to be returned after 6 months from the date of initial delivery of the works.
