Announcement of an internal tender for the third time

According to the provisions of the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004, the General Authority of Civil Aviation announces an internal tender to implement a project to rent mechanisms to transport workers in The Directorate of Aleppo International Airport to and from their places of residence and vice versa, according to the technical, financial and legal conditions book prepared for this purpose, and the tender committee will hold its session at the eleventh of Sunday, 17/8/2025 in the building of the General Authority of Civil Aviation in the new building at the entrance to Damascus International Airport.
Initial insurance: 5% of Project value
Final insurance: 10% ten percent of the contracted business value within a period of ten days from the date of notification of the candidate in writing to refer the undertaking.
Duration of the contract: As indicated in the technical, financial and legal conditions book prepared for the project.
-Delay fines: (0.001) one per thousand of the total contract value for each day Delay that it does not exceed 20% of the contract value.
-The binding of the bidder with its offer: thirty days
The duration of the contracting candidate: thirty days
Payment method: as it is contained in the conditions book.
-The conditions required in the bidder are all the conditions specified in paragraph (a) of Article (11) of the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004.
