Tender in a sealed circumstance in the project of implementing the qualification of the October 16 School in Damascus and according to the following:
only One billion seven hundred and thirty -one million seven hundred and fifty -eight thousand five hundred Syrian pounds, a Syrian pounds, not paid according to a certified check for the order of the Technical Services Directorate in Damascus Governorate or according to a bank guarantee issued by banks working in the country according to the forms approved by it and written on it the name of the project liberated for it or cash under the receipt Issued by the Technical Services Directorate in Damascus Governorate.
