Deposits are paid by certified check or cash into the account of the General Sports Federation in Damascus or by guarantee Banking. Implementation period: 20 days starting from the date of the start order and delivery of the work site. - Delay fine: one per thousand for each day of delay. The required identification documents specified in Article 11 of Law 51 of 2004. Duration of engagement The bidder bids 90 days from the date of the last date for submitting offers. - Offers shall be submitted to the General Office of the Ministry of Sports and Youth until the end of official working hours on Sunday 11/2/2025 AD. - Bids will be closed on the next working day.
