Support for the provisions of the contract system issued by Law No./ 51/ of the year 2004 The General Civil Aviation Corporation announces an internal tender to implement the project to reform the firefighting type, Oukushoush No./ 102/ and/ 702/ returning to Damascus International Airport, according to the technical, financial and legal conditions book prepared for the project, The Tender Committee will hold its session at the eleventh hour of Tuesday, 5/7/2022 at the General Civil Aviation Corporation building located in Damasceh - Al -Najma Square
Temporary insurance (5%) is five percent of the value of the estimated disclosure, according to a certified check or a deposit in one of the Syrian banks
- The estimated value [98600000] L x only ninety -eight million and six hundred thousand Syrian pounds, not only
Final insurance is ten percent of the value of the overall referral
- Execution period (contract period): The implementation period of the required works is determined according to what is mentioned in the technical conditions book
Delaying fines: (0,001) one per thousand for each day delay, provided that 20% of the contract value does not exceed
- The bidder's connection period with a presentation: sixty calendar days from the date of the presentation of the offer
- The period of the contractor's association with the candidate to offer: sixty calendar days from the date of referral
