The Syrian Telecommunications Company announces for the second time an internal request for bids to carry out civil works to provide Fiber Net service in the Damar Al-Jazar project 23-24, Al-Mughtarebin Street. Islands 17-18-19, according to the book of technical, financial and legal conditions for this project.
Temporary insurance: /51,000,000/ SYP.
Implementation period: 120 days from the date of notification of the directive order.
Final insurance: 5% of the total contract value.
Daily delay fine: one per thousand of the total value of the contract.
Duration of engagement with the offer: 120 days from the date of submitting the offer.
Duration of the nominated contractor's engagement: 180 days from the day following his notification of the bid award
Pass mark: Technical pass mark 70%
Fundamentals of technical evaluation: attached to the special conditions booklet.
The offers are submitted to the office of the Purchasing Directorate in the central administration of the Syrian Telecommunications Company (Damascus - Fayez Mansour Street). Until the end of official working hours on November 3, 2025, accompanied by temporary insurance.
