: 30 days - Initial deposits: 5% of the estimated statement value (by certified check - guarantee or bank transfer exclusively to the Rawda Town account in the Bank of Syria Central- Tartous (on number 01331/03125/24) - Final deposits: 10% of the referral value - Late fine: one per thousand for each day of delay - Duration of engagement with the offer: 90 days from the date of submission of the offer - Price of the project file: 300,000 SYP
Contract Law No. 51 of 2004 with classification and subscription to the official announcements bulletin to the Rawda Town Office. The contractor is obligated to nominate a resident engineer accredited by the Engineers Syndicate and will bear all stamps, fees and expenses incurred and conduct all required experiments at his expense.
