Start date: 02-19-2026 Completion date: 02-24-2026 General Poultry Corporation (Homs Poultry Facility) Announcement of public bidding for the first time at full speed The General Poultry Corporation (Homs Poultry Facility) announces a public auction as follows: Establishment Statement Initial Description Insurance Primary Homs poultry facility. Renting a poultry slaughterhouse in the industrial zone of Homs with cooling and preservation halls (in the current situation). A two-storey building: - The first floor has an area of about 240 square meters for manual slaughter The ground floor contains a preservation hall of 50 tons and a freeze-shock hall of 3 tons every 8 hours $1000 The final insurance is 10% of the referral value. Any offer not accompanied by initial insurance will be rejected. Implementation period: within ten days from the date of commencement The bidder has the right to visit the facility and conduct a technical and physical inspection of the slaughterhouse and its equipment before the auction session. The duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer is 30 days from Bid date. The rental period is two years. The winning bidder shall bear all taxes and fees resulting from the contract, whatever they may be. The date for the auction is at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at the headquarters of the General Poultry Corporation, located in Damascus - Victoria Bridge Building.
