Initial insurance: 500,000,000 Syrian pounds only, five hundred million Syrian pounds and nothing more. Final insurance: 5% of the total contract value. period The bidder must have sixty days to submit his offer starting from the day following the last date for accepting the offer. The duration of the nominated bidder's commitment to his bid is sixty days, starting from the day following the date on which the pledge is referred to him.
