For a gas inflatable device and its accessories for the endoscopic surgery tower
Aleppo University Hospital announces its desire to request offers to submit to the gas blowing device and its accessories on the theoretical surgery tower of the University Hospital, according to the following conditions. Temporary insurance is determined by a value of / 500,000 3,000 / only three million and five hundred Syrian pounds only according to the provisions of Article / 46 / Paragraph B of the Law
51/2004 and the final 10% of the referral value
The bidder must detail the terms of which are presented in terms of technical and financial specifications, detailing the individual and total prices and offering catalogs
The device is not retained between the two exhibitors
The period of the bidder's correlation with a presentation of fifty days "from the date of the dissolution of the offers and is renewed automatically" in the event that there is no objection during the legal period
The bidder bears all the other expenditures resulting from the pledge, including the publication of the advertisement, even if there are multiple
The fine of the delay is 01 % one per thousand daily "provided that the total of these fines does not exceed 20 % of twenty percent of the referral value
The delivery should be within 90 days from the date of the contracting of the contract on the bidder
The bidder is obliged to sponsor maintenance for the device for a period of two years from the date of the initial receipt and operation
