In the technical conditions booklet prepared for this purpose, No. /96/26/4/4/ dated 2/1/2026, and the special conditions booklet (financial and legal) No. /167/26/8/3, dated 2/3/2026, which can be obtained from the institution-s contracts department in exchange for an amount of /1000/ for one thousand new Syrian pounds paid in cash in a fund.
