The Center for Scientific Studies and Research in the Central Region announces the holding of a public auction to sell six residential villas in the Tishreen suburb of Hama according to the following conditions:
1-The value of the initial insurance is /25,000,000/L. Twenty-five million Syrian pounds for the villaEach.
2-The value of the technical and financial conditions booklet is /50,000/SYP fifty thousand Syrian pounds, to be paid into our bank account or in cash upon receipt of the conditions booklet.
3-The participant must be a Syrian Arab or the like.
4-On whomever wishes. Participating in the auction and obtaining a booklet of technical, financial and legal conditions from the housing project office located in the suburb of AlAsad Residential District in Hama and Wadi Al-Sharia)
5- Applications to participate in the auction will continue to be submitted until Monday, February 26, 2024.
6- The public auction for the sale of the aforementioned villas will be conducted in the Tishreen residential suburb of Hama at exactly eleven o'clock in the morning on Wednesday. Located on 2/28/2024 in Villa No. /170/.
