- Start date: 12-02-2025 Completion date: 12-24-2025 Presidency of the University of Aleppo Tender announcement for the second time The Presidency of the University of Aleppo (Supplies Directorate) announces the holding of a tender for the work of maintaining photocopying and drawing machines and providing inks for the needs of the University of Aleppo, under the following conditions: Primary insurances /5,000,000/ SYP only five million Syrian pounds (the bidder can submit it under a bank guarantee, provided that its validity is not less than three months, under penalty of rejection of the offer) The final insurance is 10% of the contract value The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer is ninety days starting from the date of opening the bids, and it is automatically renewed In the event of failure to withdraw within the legally specified period The bidder has no right to retail Implementation period is six months The bidder shall bear all financial fees, taxes, and advertising fees, regardless of their amount Exhibitors are required to submit the following documents: Criminal record - Chamber of Commerce certificate - Merchant registration certificate - A subscription document for the official advertisement bulletin - a copy of the personal ID with the required permits according to Contract Law No. 51 of 2004 - initial insurance - a receipt for the book of conditions and a receipt for the entry fee for the tender The technical specifications booklet can be obtained from the Contracts Department of the Supplies Directorate The amount of /50,000/ SYP is paid into the treasury of the university presidency Bids shall be submitted in an envelope bearing the bidder-s stamp containing two envelopes, the first envelope containing the identification papers and the second envelope containing the financial offer at the office of the Presidency of the University of Aleppo at the end of the official working day on Wednesday 12/24/2025 AD The offers will be opened at tw...
